Shift rather than Ctrl for moving on straight lines and proportional resizing #5

Coming from other graphics applications, I think Shift is the "traditional" key rather than "Ctrl" for moving objects along straight lines and for proportional resizing. If I remember correctly this has been so since the very early DTP applications such as PageMaker and FreeHand.

ctrl is rather typical for keeping the proportions. inkscape does the same. gimp uses shift for it.

inkscape also has ctrl for moving along the axis. gimp does not seem to have the feature.

personally, i'd like to have shift for snapping to items...
