add easier UVM to verification frameworks #42

The easier UVM code generator is provided under the Apache 2.0 license, seems appropriate to add here

Thanks. I can't find the source code, so I would rather not add it. Doulus should add the code to github...

You're right, it's harder to find than I thought. You can get it here:

But you have to register, etc., so agree it should be on github to get included here.
