I'm not familiar with this one. Not going to happen in the short term. Do you use it?
Yes, it has a very nice community and standardizes the ability to translate open source projects to non-programmers worldwide. Also, it is free for open source projects hosted on GitHub.
While investigating for usage of the tool, please take in mind escaping problems that could happen down the road. As the surge of translation data raised, other projects failed to escape some characters used in certain locales. Other than that, it is very cool.

(Saving you some time in reading spaghetti-laden terms of service documents and trying all the different products.) Transifex hasn't gotten any better. Use Weblate.
Please set up translations to use Transifex for automated deploy. It is free for open source projects, it connects natively with GitHub and is very widespread tool across the Open Source community. It also supports Apple Strings.
