Error Uploading Media #315

I tryed to post an image using Dabr (with a 120 char text message) and got 
Twitter error (Status is over 140 characters.).
I think you shoud use "characters_reserved_per_media" of "GET 
help/configuration" (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1/get/help/configuration) 
to dynamically decrease the number of allowed chars in tweet with media (so 
users will be able to see how big the tweet message can be).

I change it to 119 and fine.....
