Allow themes to set custom icons for groups #261

Describe the bug

When you try to create a custom icon for a group in a theme, it doesn't apply it. Pretty simple.

Steps to reproduce

Join a Schoology Group and try to set a custom icon for it.

Expected behavior

Should apply custom icons to the groups, rather than ignoring them.

Platform

Firefox 91.0.2 on Windows 10 x64, and using Schoology Plus 7.2.4.

Currently custom icons support courses only, but we'll definitely consider adding custom group icons as well. I'll mark this as a feature request.
