From the Pwnie Express Team:

1. Open a Root Shell on the Pwn Pad (Pwn Phone).
2. Type rm /opt/pwnix/chef/latest-version-id and press Enter.
3. Type apt-get remove ifplugd and press Enter. If prompted to select yes, choose Yes and continue.
4. Next, type /opt/pwnix/chef/update.sh and press Enter to update the device.

During the update process, it is not unexpected to see events involving "Error" reflected during the update. This is because we use the same Pwnix Release across multiple products and for some products, like the "mobile line", certain things are not applicable. What does matter is if you see events involving FATAL or CRITICAL in the update process, or if the device fails to update to the next revision.

After the update has finished and you are returned to the # prompt, type cat /etc/motd and press Enter. If the update succeeded, you will see Pwnix Release 1.9.8 installed. If you do not see 1.9.8 installed, then please provide the /var/log/pwnix/update.log to me for review.
