Potential items included could be:
Matchbox (with matches inside) that can be found in villages or other structures.
Ferrocerium Rod (Ferro Rod)
Ferrocerium Striker (Ferro Striker) [To go with the rod]
Maybe vanilla torches should be able to light the fire as well!
Could also make the campfire block "flammable" or such that if a fire is near and the block catches on fire, the campfire gets lit.
