No Heartbeat Packets Received ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when attempting to connect 3Dr radio or OSD through the  FTDI connector the 
mission planer says error No Heartbeat Packets Received

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output should be that the AMP 2 should be connected to the mission 
planer via the 3Dr radio tenementary system. Instead noting happens and I get 
the error message that No Heartbeat Packets Received .

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Im using the AMP 2 and the AMP Planner 1.1.57 on a windows 7 64 bits

are you conencting to an apm? or just coonecting the radio? can we get more 
information

yes I'm connecting to an amp. And from now on I will be writing from this email

the things i would check are.
the rx and tx lines are wired the right way.
the apm is actualy booting to normal output. (test via usb)

test the 3dr config tool in the planner works. at both ends

Okey so I have checkt that the rx and tx wires are in the right position. And 
when I test it via the usb it works fine, exempt that I can't get a gps lock in 
the planer but the blue led on the amp is solid. 
and I tested also the 3dr radio modules and they seem fine.  But It still won't 
work :(
