Add Lavalamp like Fancy Menu Effect #14

Hello

Can you tell me how I can add line effect of navigation with stay bootplus class for hover link?

I found in css here link ... what class i need use? http://pepsized.com/css-only-lavalamp-like-fancy-menu-effect/

Sorry but I give support only to matters related to Bootplus, if you want to extend it adding other components or changing the code you are free to do it, but my help is limited in these cases. I saw the lavalamp article, the html for the menu is different, so you should adapt the css to the bootplus html or viceversa.
