mini button , not so mini in size #3

I only used icon in btn-mini and palced it table header. Mini btn is taking too much space/padding on left and right. It should shrink from sides as well.

See image from my other theme for same table .. everything in nicely aligned and mini is as it should be in size .. untitled

Done, please download latest from github (don't use the download button on bootplus home, it still points to v1.0.1); this change will be included in the next v1.0.2 (by tomorrow I think).
