Create option to seed to a certain ratio #23

It would be really cool if you could make it so the application can stop seeding at a certain ratio for a torrent like most torrent clients can.

This is a good idea, i'm thinking of a optional flag -s (for stop when), that we could set ratio or upload amount what do you think?
