Commands #119

This should address #111, it mostly uses already existing functions and binds them to commands. I also added the help documentation. I didn't add comments in the script, if something isn't clear I can add them.

To get a better description you can read the doc file.

Edit: ~I'm getting errors when toggling off and loading a file, so it's not yet ready~ should be fixed.

Was this ever merged in? These commands, and the documentation, seem useful.
