[Enhancement] Popup translation support #644

Some of existing Android book readers (FBReader, Moon+ Reader, Cool Reader,
ezPDF Reader, Nook) support an interface for word translation in a popup box.
There is on the other side may offline dictionaries (ColorDict, GoldenDict,
Fora Dictionary, Aard Dictionary, FlexiDict) that support the interface (it
called "ColorDict 3" sometimes as I can understand). This feature makes the
reading books in a foreign languages much more pleasant. Along with PDF reflow
mode support it would make EBookDroid the killer app

Dictionaries are supported since 2.0

You need to enable text tool in all settingsand also select what dictionary to
use.

But currently it does not seem to support launching Color dict in an overlay
popup. It just switches to the ColorDict app.
