Decoder is restarting #808

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. jumping ahead in a document
2.

What is the expected output? See the pages

What do you see instead? Blank pages for a long while (sometimes forever) then 
it appears a message "Decoder is restarting..." Next the text comes back 
regularly.

What version of the product are you using? I tried several versions from 2.1.4 
up to the latest.

On what operating system? Android 4.3

What device are you using? Sony Xperia Tablet Z SGP312

Please provide any additional information below.

I've had blank pages appear and decoder restarting. Using a nookhd+ with its 
flavour of android 4.0

Sorry I can only get 2.1.10 from the google play store and my device won't 
allow other sources. I'll keep an eye out for the next release. Sorry. I'll let 
you know if it fixes it or not. Let me know if you need more information.

I have the same problem, when reading some pdf'S I get "Decoder is restarting" 
appearing several times then large numbers of blank pages. I'm using the latent 
version of EBookDroid Version 2.1.11, So I'd be very glad to see this fixed.

I have the same problem with ebookdroid 2.1.12 and pdf and djvu reader 2.1.12. 
On some files I get a message "decoder is restarting" and a blank page results. 
This occurs on a NOOK HD+ running Android 4.0.x, a KOBO ARC with Android 4.1.1 
and a Nexus 7 (2012) running Android 4.4.4. The same file has no problems using 
Goodreader on an iPad 1 or Adobe pdf reader on windows.
