There is a bug where you can't get TieredZ attributes on swords and armor when you are a blacksmith, but it works fine on tools.
This happens when you are blacksmith:
And this is how it should work:
When you don't select blacksmith as your class, everything works fine.
Tested it with only those two mods in the mods folder.
