Lack of compitability with TimeWind mod. #402

Initial plan was to install this mod precisely for immersion, but it gets ruined by sunburns for phantoms. And I'd rather not chug fire res potions every now and then in the middle of the night, when the goal was precisely to increase the night&day time for it not to happen. Before we had any actual testing on how Phantoms work.

Issue is replicatable with any change to day-time configs of the mod itself and, most annoyingly, happen on servers as well. 1.17.1.

Having time of day and night increased twice causes you to combust in the mid your night stroll and does some absolutely wacky stuff to burn cycle after sleeping, completely de-railing it from the day-night cycle. It also allows you to walk under sun's shine with no harm whatsoever, which is, I guess, nice, but also completely distracting.

Solution as I see it is to have phantoms somehow-anyhow perform a check on sky light or at the very least have a timer setting, maybe even a gamerule, for them to abide to.

I do not know how to fancy-link issues together, but here's the same issue, worder differently of course, at TimeWind's repo: https://github.com/CmdrJane/time-and-wind/issues/8

this issue is unrelated to origins mod and very likely is caused by bad interactions between time and wind and shaders mods. Can be closed now
