My server currently runs forge, but this same issue had been apparent when we were running Origins (Fabric) as well.
I have a player on my server who's username was previously
Original_Origin(currently:Elitebrith) (UUID:9db34e33-105d-4412-8ac0-2316b7ad4ef1) who's been having a unique yet weird issue where they are completely immortal to all damage.This immortality is appearingly a result of being originless, however, when set to an origin they instantly crash -- and they cannot use the origin GUI in any means.
According to them: "The only way to get me out of the glitched origin selection gui which is just a gray screen is to either /kill me(for this server twice because of the player revival thing) or push me through a portal"
The player has changed their username twice now but the issue had persisted -- the issue appears to be tied with their account.
This is an image depicting their issue and the appearance of the Origins GUI to them.
If this isn't a mod issue, I apologize for the wasted time -- but it seemed like it was.
When our server was on Fabric as well, the same issue was occurring. We figured our move to Forge would fix it, but it seems like it has not changed.
