apiVersion is not consistent across charts #58

I see various different API versions across the charts, e.g.

apiVersion: apps/v1beta1
kind: StatefulSet

for hdfs-namenode and hdfs-journalnode

apiVersion: extensions/v1beta1
kind: DaemonSet
metadata:
  name: hdfs-datanode

I believe if we specificy k8s >= 1.9 then this could all move to apps/v1
