🏆 Enhancements This pr adds all of deckgl control panels to the mono repo. I tested the change by linking the deckgl mono repo with incubator superset.

Thanks, @pkdotson! Generally LGTM, but curious as to your thoughts before clicking "approve".

Also, @kristw any idea why travis is stuck? PR passed CI, but the Branch check has been hanging for ages.

@kristw Travis seems hung up here, and I don't have the power (it seems) to restart it. I'm tempted to force-merge this - let me know if you see any reason not to.
