Create examples that show how to leverage the micrometer.io metrics in Accumulo with the MeterRegistryFactory, with specific examples for:

Initializing a Prometheus end-point
Using the LoggingRegistryConfig (see: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/4218)
