Added functionality:

Download meta data, gene expression matrices from Allen Brain Cell Atlas AWS data repository.
Load and integrate Cell metadata and CCF meta data along with gene expression data
Aggregate gene expression data by layers.

Also added a notebook that demonstrates extracting inhibitory cells ratio and Pvalb/Vip ratio from gene expression data.
