Prepare MFT for first Source Release #72

Clean up Airavata MFT Repo making it ready for an Apache Source Release. Convenience binaries can be bundled along with the source release.

This issue is to track all tasks related to the ASF release:

[] Check for any missing ASF Headers #73
[] Check for missing License Information #80
[] Check for incompatible licensed dependencies
[] Check for included unexpected binary codes
