apisix-etcd 出错

Current Behavior

Expected Behavior

etcd 集群正常

etcd的两个备，报错如上

1.通过helm 安装

Environment

• APISIX version (run apisix version):2.15.0
• Operating system (run uname -a):x86
• OpenResty / Nginx version (run openresty -V or nginx -V):
• etcd version, if relevant (run curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info):
• APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
• Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
• LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run luarocks --version):

I think this error is not related to APISIX, it's a problem with ETCD cluster initialization.
