Current Behavior

APIsix successfully connects to etcd.

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps to Reproduce

restart apisix
The error log indicates a failure in connecting to etcd.

Environment

APISIX version (run apisix version): 2.15.0
Operating system (run uname -a):
OpenResty / Nginx version (run openresty -V or nginx -V):
etcd version, if relevant (run curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info): 3.5.0
APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run luarocks --version):

Are you running apisix in kubernetes cluster? If yes, can you confirm that the etcd pod is running? How are you running APISIX?

i confirm etcd instance is running in k8s pod

i confirm etcd instance is running in k8s pod

but only appear apisix restart.
