[Website] Create subsidiary logos for Arrow subprojects #38484

Describe the enhancement requested

Some of the Arrow subprojects (Flight, Flight SQL, ADBC, and nanoarrow) do not have official logos. However, many users of these subprojects display unofficial subsidiary logos to represent them. These are typically created by adding the subproject name to the Arrow logo. This practice goes against the guidelines for usage of the Arrow logos but is nonetheless quite common.

We should consider creating a set of official subsidiary logos to represent Flight, Flight SQL, ADBC, and nanoarrow.

@ianmcook I have prepared this sequence of logos for Apache Arrow projects (Flight, Flight SQL, ADBC, NANOARROW, among others). The links in the PDF are only for use by user @voltrondata.com.
