Document how to cleanup the bst cache: locally and in the server side #700

Background

I can not dinf any documents that explain how to do this

If the only way for now is to rm -rf the folder, I think It still is valuable information to actually make this process clear

We do not have any way to clean it nicely. I think rm -rf is a work-around. So it should end up in the "known issues".
