Remove usage of deprecated VS Code Didact #56

Several examples are using VS Code Didact readme files. VS Code Didact is no more maintained. Replacement for interactive tutorials recommendations are:

VS Code built-in walkthrough
VS Code CodeTour extension maintained by Microsoft

I would take care of that and remove references to didact as I go along
