Remove camel-k-cloudevents as it is not used in camel-k #1055

@claudio4j are you 100% sure this is not needed by Camel K? I think we have a yaks test using the feature and now it's suspiciously failing: https://github.com/apache/camel-k/actions/runs/5398094165/jobs/9804394288

cc @christophd if you're aware of this as well by any chance.

Nevermind, retesting a couple of times and the issue is no longer there. Sorry for the noise.
