Backport changes from main to 3.8.x #1207

remove unused camel-cloudevents dependency
expriment removing runnerParentFirstArtifacts from quarkus-extension-maven-plugin it seems not required anymore by examing the plugin doc
the camel-quarkus-opentracing was removed from camel-quarkus 3.0
the groovy deps were excluded from rest-assured deps, but that's not the case anymore
removing AvailablePortFinder class as it's not required anymore since camel-k-knative was remove
