I think we should release 1.8.0

3.14.0 is out from a while, camel-k-runtime is already aligned to 3.14.0 and we released a new kamelets catalog 0.6.0

Do we have something pending?

I'm working on #2771 and I hope I can merge shortly, before cutting 1.8.0.

The baseline for the release should be:

• camel-k-runtime 1.11.0
• camel-kamelets-catalog 0.6.0 (or eventually 0.7.0)

I'd release camel-k-runtime and camel-k together in a single vote.

2858 should be merged soon, so it would be great to have it included in 1.8.0 as well.

2881 must be merged before cutting the release, as it fixes a regression impacting the Kamelets installation from the embedded catalog.
