Empty dependencies elements scattered around kamelets #2260

I fear that https://github.com/apache/camel-kamelets/commit/77be42a853a61e79a7a7ae3294bef14c61797436 has scattered around some kamelets an empty dependency elements that might cause some issue in some tooling that process kamelets and kamelets catalog.
