Load Balancer EIP missing when creating an integration #1262

Describe the bug

Load Balancer EIP missing when creating an integration, but it's listed in the Knowledge base module.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Create an integration
  2. Go to UI builder
  3. Add route with any starting point (e.g. direct)
  4. Click plus to add more EIPs or comopnents
  5. Observe Load Balancer EIP is not displayed
