SUMMARY

CKS is awesome but only lacks support for persistent storage. Would be really helpful if CKS gets an implementation of the supported CSI driver, also requested in https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/7519#issuecomment-1646736934

Does it take a lot of effort to write CSI for Cloudstack ? Is there anybody who can just make it, how to discuss the details, so this CSI appears faster?

We're progressing some work here, it's still WIP that builds upon work of previous authors, and aims to support all major hypervisors (kvm, vmware & xenserver/xcp-ng) and storage: https://github.com/shapeblue/cloudstack-csi-driver
