What does this PR do?

Allows to hide console output when launch cordova run browser

Does this option exist for other platforms? Where would this have to be documented?

No, there isn't any similar option in other platforms, same for port and target options that already are in this platform. Unfortunately I was not able found any documentation for cordova browser.
