CB-2108: fix repo count, better error handling #2

Fixed the number of repo's it is looking for (16, not 15), and put a little bit of error handling in the shjs.exec() callbacks.

Just merged it in. Have to push it apache repos. Will do when they come back online. Thanks for this. I was getting some weird behavior and this explains why.
