chore: Remove obsolete travis and appveyor CI builds #289

Motivation and Context

Appveyor and Travis were used for testing, but they are superceded by https://github.com/apache/cordova-coho/pull/279

Description

Removed travis and appveyor config files. Also updated CI badges.

Testing

Ran npm test

appveyor is obsolete. Infra was asked to remove appveyor from this repository.

All other tests passed, therefore merging.
