Too slow donwloading/installing plugins #58

Using cordova 6.5, cordova prepare my proyect runs in about 5~6 minutes to add the platforms and plugins. Using cordova 8, around 44 minutes.....

Any release to fix that?

This will be fixed in the next major version.
