because non CSS MIME types are not allowed in strict mode.

Problem

because non CSS MIME types are not allowed in strict mode.

What is expected to happen?

CSS not loading

Did not parse stylesheet at 'ionic://localhost/css/css.css' because non CSS MIME types are not allowed in strict mode.
