Remove testing of third-party plugins #179

tested along with PRs #172, #173, & #174

I really like that functionality "lets include 3rd party plugins in the testing process" in theory. In practice is it is of course outdated, old, broken. So we better remove it now, and re-add it in a better way/location.

No docs mention of this that has to be removed?

Not in README.md, not in createmobilespec/README.md, also checked coho release documents without finding any mention.

So we better remove it now [...]
