The cordova-ios patch release will be required for the platform=LOCAL test to pass. The patch release will contain ios-sim@^8.0.1 which fixes the issue of cordova run --list --emulator returning empty results.

@janpio Looks like the merged commit added back in browserify code and the fix commit didn't remove.
