Allow custom fileKey in base64 multipart form element in Windows upload #131

fileKey in case of base64 data in Windows upload form is hard-coded to "file". It must be set according to options.fileKey provided by user.

With the new features introduced in XMLHttpRequest, this plugin is not needed any more. Migrating from this plugin to using the new features of XMLHttpRequest, is explained in this Cordova blog post.
