Bump testing dependencies to latest version.

I see, only Node.js 6 is failing. Could you rebase the other PRs? :)

@timbru31 yeah, I will be rebasing this PR. Most of my recent the PRs will require at least #376 merged first.. Since it was approved, I will start merging and rebasing.

A lot of this is all caused by dependencies requiring node higher than 6.
