I merged it to see if it still works. Looks like it still works.

Good questions. I have no idea how important these twitter posts are for users to get notified about updates. Maybe we can have a look at the new view count if it matters.

What are other ways to notify people about updates?

If all we use Twitter for is release announcements, that seems like it's probably fine for the moment.

Aside from the blog and it showing up in npm, we don't really have any good outreach channels 😕

We could make GitHub Releases, with the contents of (or a link to) the blog post, I guess
