Cleanup minor patch versions #264

This our standard cleanup to leave only the highest patch versions after a while (remove 3.2.0, 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and leave 3.2.3 if 3.2.3 is the highest 3.2.x release).

We were kindly reminded to do this by the official docker image maintainers.

retroactive -1 for at least reconsidering this. I read the official guidance as taking those versions out of the official-library, which I’m all for, but our repo can still keep these for archival references. I’ve used this in the past and I don’t think we should just nuke the history here.
