Update chromedriver - Githubissues

Overview

Chromedriver installation was failing in the pipeline. I think this is because chromedriver migrated to a new set of JSON APIs for >=115.

[ ] Code is written and works correctly;
[ ] Changes are covered by tests;
[ ] Documentation reflects the changes;
[ ] Update rebar.config.script with the correct tag once a new Fauxton release is made
