distributedlog.incubator.apache.org should have same content as bookkeeper.apache.org/distributedlog #186

Why?

Currently bookkeeper.apache.org/distributedlog has different content as distributedlog.incubator.apache.org, because of the domain name problem. we need to find a way to consolidate them.
