[Fix-16338][Test] Fix Master integration test case has been skipped in ci #16637

Purpose of the pull request

close #16638

Brief change log

Change the suffix of master it case from IT to TestCase, then maven will not skip these tests.
Fix some ut will print a lot of log.
Fix static status of server will affect test cases.
Fix pocessInstanceId, processDefinitionCode,xx in test yaml.
Using jdbc registry in meter integration test
Verify this pull request
