[Feature][Document] Add example and notice about task type SQOOP #8030

We missing task sqoop in our document, and remember should also add task description with some detail, and give an example in the document

I add a PR in apache/dolphinscheduler-website#638, maybe someone who is interested in this feature could take it as an example

Hi @SmallConchs, you should submit and change apache/dolphinscheduler/docs/ instead of apache/dolphinscheduler-website. apache/dolphinscheduler-website only keep some blog and history document currently
