doris query hive on obs table failed by hive catalog

fix this bug, adapter obs type when using s3 communication protocol properties

I think you don't need a new PR. Now obs is supported by https://doris.apache.org/docs/dev/lakehouse/multi-catalog/hive?_highlight=obs#hive-on-obs
