[Feature] Support the Paimon 0.8 #34795

Description

Paimon had released the 0.8 version and this version is the first release by Paimon after graduating and becoming a top-level project on Apache, so we hope doris could support this version. Thanks!

Is there any plan for this? The paimon 0.8 release said：

With the latest 0.8.0 version of paimon-flink, paimon-spark, paimon-hive, and paimon-trino, you can enjoy the optimized query performance of this feature, and the Starrocks integration will be included in 3.2.8 & 3.3.2 versions, Apache Doris integration will be included in 2.0.10 & 2.1.4 versions.

Seemed that the 2.0.10 doesn't integrate the 0.8, what about 2.1.4 or 3.0?
